My computer wont start or boot !help!

When I turn on my pc, it comes on the screen ‘ start windows normally’ and gives me a few other options, including ‘safe mode’ ‘safe mode with networking’ and ‘safe mode command prompt’ . . .

I click on start normally, then it says its loading then goes back onto the screen I just described.

I’ve clicked on all options and it comes back to the same screen.

Do I have a virus? Is it better taking to a shop?

my computer was working perfectly fine until 2 days ago when this happened.

Do you have a CD with Windows? Start from that CD and do a ‘Repair damaged or previous installation’ Your Windows is broken and needs fixxing.

we cant find the CD, is there another option?

I think we have a virus on it … anyway of repairing it? or whatever?
