How do I get mucous out of my throat?

I would recommend getting a presription for sinus drainage , I will tell you sinus drainage can lead to strept throat , i had the same thing happen to me and also can lead to pnuemonia

pineapple juice helps alot with throat problems, especialy if it hurts.

I actualy did end up with strept throat, but I don’t have an apointment for the doctor to get a prescription until after christmas.

Strept throat can lead to what is called Quinsy which is a serious complication from strept throat I know a man who got Quinsy and he died from it not trying to scare you

Lemonade and tea with lemon in it are perfect. The acid breaks it down, and soothes your throat at the same time.

i think it works good to clear the sinuses if you put the bathroom faucet all the way up to hot, fill the sink with it, and then dip a rag in it and put it over your mouth and nose (removing to breathe) it helps to clear the passages. so does vicks! deffinetly vicks. or, but water on to boil and once boiling put your face over it and breathe it in. also good for clearing pores!

I like to smell hot coffe, or put Noxema on your face and take deep breaths, while i cleans your throught it will clean your pours.
