Miscarriage or slow developer?

I have been bleeding in very early pergnancy today I went for ascan to be told although I have been bleeding for 10 days and had pain at the beging that the fetus is still there and willjust come away its self..could it not just be that it is aslow developer?? gutted!

It sure could be. If they said the fetus is safe and fine, I woudln’t worry–Doctors know best!
