It varies from one person to another.
I had 3 miscarriages, and each one was different.
However, medium to heavy bleeding and cramping are common during miscarriage.
When I had my last miscarriage I bled A LOT. I ended up needing a blood transfusion and a D&C. Was no fun. I started bleeding no pain at all, then about 8 hours later was when it really started to get bad! Cramps were TERRIBLE! Nothing I would want to wish upon somebody. The vomiting and passing out yeah no fun.
