Menopause brings about a bunch of hormonal changes which can cause mood swings. It can also cause a women depresion as she feels old and can no longer have a child. I am almost done menopause as I started early due to other health issues and other than the year or two of hot flashes didn’t find it too bad. There are many natural thing that you can take to help the symptoms. Honestly, I am overjoyed to be done with having periods and nasty cramps and the few symptoms I did and do experience and easy in comparison to the cramps I use to get.

Menopause affects the hormones of women. this causes mood swings and make them irritable. Your moods are connected with the emotional part of your brain; so yes this does affect women psychologically. But not all women; some women get through menopause without going through adverse symptoms of it.
