Indeed it does matter. The type of water you drink is very important. Some countries don't have clean wells, taps, rivers or whatever other sources they use. Likewise, in the more highly-developed countries, clean, drinkable water is taken for granted. Some people in the US say that drinking from tap water is healthier and better for you. Some say that drinking from bottled water is safer. I drink filtered water and bottled water sometimes.
--Tap water: - pros: doesn't include harmful and unsafe chemical toxins in the plastic that bottled water is composed of - pros: some cities add healthy minerals to their tap water that your body will happily accept
--Bottled water: - pros: you know the source of your water - pros: most of the brands are from fresh-water springs
Hope this helps!
Yes, the type of water does matter. When working out, you need spring/tap water because it contains many nutrients. Distilled/purified water is nothing but liquid and it does not provide the natural minerals that the body needs to keep going.
Yes, it does matter. Tap water is often better than bottled water. Filtered tap water is excellent for your body. Water from the Drakensburg mountains are divine. Flavoured water isn't water at all, yet many people try and diet on it.
Yes it does cuz some bottled waters don't have some minerals ur body needs
No . As long as it's clean water and has all the nutrients needed in it.
