What pill can I take to stop man breasts?

I am 15 years old and have man breasts and fat. I want to lose this stuff with a pill. Do you know any pills that can help me and wont damage my body?

Dear southside13, Your not alone; many young men your age have this problem. Adults call this baby-fat. For most this will disappear or lesson as you get older. Avoiding high fat foods and over eating is the key. When mom says eat your veggies she was right. Since there is not one exercise to burn fat in one particular area in the body you need to work on the entire body. So walking, aerobics and sports are all great for reducing body fat. As far as a pill…if it were that easy we would all be taking pills to stay slim right!!! So it not as easy as a pill…like stated above diet pills can be dangerous especially to someone your age. Just watch what you are eating, get plenty of sleep (sleep deprivation can keep weight on) and do some aerobic type exercises and you will start to see a change. Sue…good luck

At 15 you shouldn’t take any diet pill. No one should take diet pills in my opinion. If you notice on most diet pill bottles and commercials it will say in fine print “Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise” Most of them work while you’re burning fat, but if you aren’t burning fat then they won’t work. (they will just make you jittery and dehydrated.) So my advice is to just go on an old fashioned diet and exercise. Get yourself healthy now and your quality and longevity of life will be better.
