Have you wormed her lately? You should maybe take her to the Vet and find out about allergies or worms. There are so many different types of parasites that may be bothering her.

I have a Boston that does this when she is excited or nervous but not to the extent you say yours is doing it. I wormed her with a wormer my Vet gave me and she doesn’t do it hardly at all now. Infact I can’t think of the last time she did it.

I have another Boston that likes to have her tongue out when she in relaxed, asleep. But I start tickling it or giving her tongue a gentle tug and she has almost stopped altogether now.

I really am thinking it is a nervous habit. What is it that could be making her nervous. I would do the Vet first. And also check out some Boston Terrier Books at your local Library. I really think I read something on this in a Boston Terrier book, but I just can’t remember what it said.

Don’t know if I helped but maybe I gave you some ideas of how to help her. How old is she?
