Why can't my Lg KS360 retrieve photos?

I’ve never had that phone before. But some phones dont recieve photos. Is yours supposed to? Is it new or has it had any damage?

You have to set it up with some phones. which costs extra money. My phone says i have to set up an account for it, which is just stupid. but still, some phones are just that, stupid. I suggest you talk to your phone provider. They will tell you how to set it up.
