How do I get my LG KS360 to reset. I have a blank screen?

I have an LGKS360, I can turn it on, but the screen is blank and I can’t view anything. It hasn’t been dropped at all and the screen isn’t broken.

take the battery out while its on and leave it out for a mew minutes: replace and see if that worked.

reinstall the phones original software or if theres an update install that

LCD screens can go at anytime… they dont need to be dropped. if you can see liquid under the screen in a few days its gone. I think its called bleeding.

if your still under guarantee then take it back to the shop and get a new one.
