ye well id suggest go to all the fish shops there and ask the people, ive been to india actually im born there but yeah when my uncle wanted a mini shark thats what we did i really wanna help you but i cant from canada

Well I guess if you can get one then it would not be illegal, but you have to consider your religion, ask your parents and see if they oppose to the situation. My aunt has a parrot in my home country, she isn’t supposed to have it because they are rare birds, but she has had it for nearly 9 years now. No one has said anything.
