okay sorry, i dont really know how to work the new FA lol, but its like that little charging box, the light wont turn on. Its a Dell Inspiron 1501…its not the plugin outlet..but it takes me forever to get that little green light on..

the charger could be broken. that happens to macs a lot

This is the same problem I had, I even spent money on a new cord thinking that was the problem. Turns out it was the battery, after so long they start to die and you have to get a new one. I recommend bringing it into your local technical support, usually there is one at staples and have them take a look at it before you go and spend money on something that may not be the actual problem.
