Laptop wont charge

My dell laptop won’t charge. When I turned it on, the screen turned black and then said to hit f1 to continue , however it may not charge. I have it plugged into the charger right now, and its not losing battery (theres 29% left) but it wont charge. What do I do

My mom had the same problem. It wouldn’t charge and the battery burned out. I thinkit had happened because she neverturned it off lol

I have the same problem! Both mine and my dad’s don’t charge. Is yours an Inspiron??? And my dads was almost new… stupid DELL

I would contact dell customer support. They will probably tell you to buy a new battery, that seems to be the problem..
