Keep Crying?

Whats up with me, I have been crying everyday this week, and not just a little tear, I just burst into tears, I have been on my period this week, was it due to that. Dont know whats up with me, I just sit there and think about stuff, and just start crying, I have been feeling useless lately, and im not happy about myself for some reason, im starting to cry now just writing this, someone help, what could possible be up with me??

That could mean that something that happened to you or someone you know in the past is making you cry. Maybe your thinking about it but you don’t know it.

Yeah I do cry when im on my period, but its just usually at the beginning of my period, but I have never been as bad as this. I have been like for about 2 weeks though, my mum have noticed it aswell, that I have been bit angry and upset.

It could be depression, or it could be PMDD, does it usually happen when you’re on your period? You might want to talk to a doctor about it, they can give you pills or something to make the symptoms better…

It sounds like it is PMDD, you should talk to your doctor about it, he’ll put you on something. There is no good reason you should have to suffer if there’s a pill that can keep your hormones from flying out of control…
