just had 3rd child young and dont feel sexy!

I just had my 3rd March 2,2009 child and 25yrs old I do breastfeed and can’t wait for the weather to break cause I like to walk while the older children are at school. Before I had any children I was a beautiful 120lbs as any 16yr old would be how ever I’m now 175lbs and would love to see my self at 135-145lbs. How many miles is good to walk? Also what food are best to eat? I’m very clueless.

just eat healthy. you can get some indoor walking tapes. maybe add some cardio in there. dont stress you just had the baby. you will feel better about yourself soon.

You should start off slow, and let your body get used to exercising. I’d say about a mile like everyday or every other day. You can increase it when you’re comfortable. As for food, just cut out the fried, greasy foods. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit. Also, eat lots of protein foods, like chicken, fish, peanuts, eggs, etc. Good luck!
