How can a person loose a mess of weight in a matter of days?
How can a person loose a mess of weight in a matter of days? I’m talking like 20 pounds in 2 weeks. Is it possible? If so, how?
urm duno but I lost 12lbs in 10days, eating nothing but black coffee, water and chewing gum. I don’t recommend this unless you want to pay a trip to the drip in hospital. 20lbs is probably better to lose over a period of 2 months with an obvious balanced diet and increasing your exercise.
It can be possible just depending on the person. But it would be a low calorie diet and tons of working out. Like 1000 cal a day and 2-3 hr workout per day. But its really not a healthy way of losing weight and keeping it off. Losing weight to keep it off takes time, and maintaing a healthy diet. I once lost a lot of weight in one week going by this plan from a company called fig, similar to other places like weight watchers, etc… but it didnt work cause eating on a low calorie diet under 1200 made me feel sick and the more I kept working out the more I felt weak. So in the end I winded up gaining it back. So its not worth it. I’ve been doing it the right way now and lost 20lbs and kept it off.
No it isn’t possible , and if you do lose it quick, it is all water you lose. You will gain it back and be totally unhealthy. Trust me I am a fitness instructor and losing weight the right way will keep it off and you will have a ton of confidence, because exercising makes you look terrific! it really isnt possible losing weight takes time and also every body is different some people lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks others take a month! but if you eat right like eating more fruits and veggies and excercising and also drinking water instead of soda and juice you probably will lose the weight faster! but really 20 pounds in 2 weeks is really impossible!!
how is your metabolism rate?? You might be the type that has a really high metabo rate and burns off fast..
it can be possible but really unhealthy. I suggest just eating healthier no fatty foods. and exercise. you will see a difference but its not gonna come all at once or in that little of time. good luckk
I dropped a whole stone in about 9 days. I just cut out food all together and ate nothing but bread or toast and drank water or juice.
the only problem is, as soon as I started eating again, the weight PILED back on!
It might be possible but it certainly isn’t healthy. If you lose it the wrong way, you’ll definitely gain it all back quick.
No it’s not possible, that is extremely unrealistic and unhealthy.
