ISO to Hard Drive

Hi I have a game on CD . It is in iso format I installed it unto hubbys computer which is XP mine is Vista. I can not get it to install on my computer. Help please…Thanks in advance

first, unlike the first person, you dont need to “install” an iso, just download it onto your desktop and note where it is

second, go to www.filehippo.com and look for DAEMON lite tools, download and install that program, its a clone drive

next, after you’ve installed DAEMON, click on the program and click on “mount image” and click on the ISO. file you downloaded and it should work automatically with no problems..

good luck :)

You will need to do one of two things…

1.) You will need to BURN that ISO to a CD, and then install the game from that… or 2.) You will need to install a tool that can read the ISO file directly, and then install it that way.

On number 1 — you just need a CD and the software that’s probably already on your computer . If not a FREE program called DEEPBURNER will do the trick.

On number 2 — I use MAGICISO, and it works very nicely for reading the ISO and faking the computer into thinking it’s a CD or DVD depending on what the ISO is of.

Good Luck
