xbox 360 downloaded content problem

I recently got a new 360 core console and kept my old hard drive. So I decide to play oblivion but all my downloaded content wouldnt load. I looked on the hard drive and its still there saved on the hard drive, so I tried moving my data to my live account and I could play with the downloaded content until I disconnected the internet from the 360. Now it is still on my Hard drive but I cant access it during game play. What do I need to do to fix this…

Never heard of this problem before, consider contacting microsoft on their site. The DLC is stored on your hard drive so theoretically you shouldn’t have a problem online or offline.
