Is my weight ok for my height?
I’m 5’5” and weigh 127 lbs
and I did the BMI thing
and it says im average
but im skinny every where else… cept my tummy, hips and inner thighs…
whats the best way to get rid of it? I’ve tried dancing, and I got sick of it
no sit ups
hurts to bad

You weight is perfect for your height. The only thing you can do for tummy hips and thigh problems is exercise.
I dont see what you need to exercise for

I dont want to make myself sick I know that,
im just so self concious about myself…
I mean… a few weeks ago, me and my boyfriend were swimming, and his friend came into the back yard, and I was getting out of the pool, and hes like “Awww, shes got a little belly on her!” and I wanted to cry… and I hate wearinf skirts, because I have really bad stretch marks on my thighs…

im self concious because of todays society and there veiws on people
work out only eat when your hungry avoid snacking .
well DONT!!! make your self sick but if you really want to lose weight that bad go on weight watchers I swear it works
well, I don’t know know much about this health stuff because my kool-aid has so much sugar in it it looks like a milk shake.
dont EVER go anarexit (I don't know how to spell it) or balemic guys dont dig it when your ribs poke out. and being balemic dissolves your teeth.
however a lil bit of jiggle in your thighs is wut guys like. buns of steel isnt ideal either. do you know wut I mean? look, your fine your weight is actually a little under avrge.
well w/o sit ups that’ll be hard but there are a ton of ab exercises out there, but you can’t spot reduce fat… therefore you have to like run and cardio stuff, for legs you can ride a bike and lunges are great walk up and down stairs for like 20 minutes.. you can look up abs online it’s gunna hurt you can’t avoid that.. I do abs every day been doing them for a very long time and they still hurt.
