No! your step dad shouldn’t be touching you in the first place. If he’s doing this to you, report him to the police. He’ll go straight to jail. Omg, there is nothing all right about getting beaten by anyone, no matter what age you are. If you are talking about yourself, you need to find help as soon as you possibly can. Before it happens again or worse, kills you. There are too many children dying in their homes due to child abuse. Talk to anyone you can trust. If you can’t find anyone you know to talk to, talk to a teacher, doctor or councellor about it and they should be able to help. Even if it means being looked after by someone else. It’s better to live peacefully with a stranger than it is with abusive family members. I hope you find comfort and peace wherever you go. <3
