ok well my brotyher just got a bearded dragon (a lizard) as a early christmas present and now at the reptile shop he goes to to get food for his beardie theres this really big snake and it looks so cool I theen said to my parents that I wanted a snake and so I had a quick look at the snakes they have. now im just wondering how hard it is to look after a young snake, what sort of snake I should get and price ranges just so that I know what I'll be getting into
they are easy, but still require daily care. Consider the cost, AND the cost of their food. Some snakes need only live food, and that can get expensive, and they eat more as they grow bigger.
Snakes are generally very easy to take care of - the biggest place you'll be spending money is the cage, heating, food, water, habitat, etc.
