Is enulose syrup a good thing to take for constipation?

Since halting my eggregious intake of rockstar energy drinks, I’ve been having trouble “going”…somebody mentioned taking enulose syrup for my issue. Is this worthwhile, or is there something less toxic that I can try first?

You should talk to the doctor about the constipation issue. It could be nothing, but there is a high number of men that get prostate cancer, and if you’re not up on your physicals & things, this could be a sign of something worse.

Get checked out, and listen to your doctor.

Did your going problem get any better after you’d taken the enulose syrup? I’ve read other places that doctors sometimes perscribe it for constipation…I don’t have the problem myself, and I’m glad I don’t. From reading the description (a friend of mine was taking it) enulose sounds like it tastes aweful.
