sometimes even if im just sitting still doing nothing i suddenly feel my heart really strongly for a a few beats or really fast and also out of sync when it does this it also cuts my breath for a few seconds….its really weird and is kind of worrying me….

u probally are stressed and u need to go to a docter for it my mom does that and she has meds for it
