Internet isn't working?

Ok, so I’m ‘borrowing’ my neighbors wireless internet connection(and they know about it) and it has worked for years. Then one day a little while ago, it stopped working.. The computer says I’m connected and everything with very good signal strength, but the internet cannot display ANY web pages. This may or may not be(I honestly dont know) the result of my accidently deleting a system process.

I’m currently using the diagnostic drive on my computer to use the internet. It works just fine on this drive but not on my actual internet drive.

Anyway, I know next to nothing about networking, so step by step instructions and small words, please! =3 I really need to get this working, so I appreciate all help. THANK YOU!
P.S. Don’t just tell me what the problem is.. Tell me how to fix it too, please!

OK umm… When you open the web/internet follow the instructions the give you on it.

Have you tried that yet???

Yeah. It tells me that nothings wrong and the internet works perfectly.. >.<

I just finished running an old D drive backup, so a lot of my stuff is gone, but I has internet again

your neighbors probally put a lock on the internet it can tell you your connected but it cant get on so if you cna hack them you cna getg on it
