How can I overcome my insecurities?

how can I over come my insecurities, I have had bad guy issuses in the past and I cant seem to realize all guys arent the same, how can I over come this insecurity and the insecurity about how I just think im the ugliest thing that ever walked this earth…?HELP ME PLEAASEEE!!!

Dear britz_x, Well I sure sense some confusion here…you said prior you were engaged and getting married in a few years? Now you are saying you have issues with guys? You think your ugly and your mother thinks you’re fat. Is there a counsellor at your school you can talk to? If not go to your doctor or health clinic and speak with someone there about getting counselling. You have some serious self-esteem issues that need to be addressed. When we change the way we think we see a different side to life. You will be shown how to change your faulty thinking and ways to improve your outlook on life. Sue…good luck
