Why is it important to display confidence without arrogance in business world or in any situation?

It gives a better impression to others, therefore opening many opportunities and options. This helps build trust and show that you are “in it” for a reason, not just because you’re forced to and so on.

If you show confidence with arrogance, than most people think your a jerk, and will not think of others. Many people dislike, to even hate arrogant people. That is why arrogance is a big No No in the business world.

confidence means you’ll carry out your promises to that company etc .. they put trust in you and believe in you

arrogance annoys a number of people and bad for the companys reputation

a companys reputation is everything, means customers and clients will come back, remember that company was polite and confident etc, arrogance wouldnt bring back many clients/customers
