Well someone please correct me if im wrong but, to be married at 17 that would mean that both sets of parents would have had to consented to the marriage, and had it performed legally in the presence of a judge and then had a legal marriage license drawn up. In this case there is no possible way that he could get in trouble for rape or anything like that, because he is your legal husband. Unless you are both just so close that you call eachother husband and wifey :) in this case it could go two ways, 1st your parents flip and they call the cops and have him arrested for stag. rape…OR, depending on what state you live in it is legal from the age of 17 to the age of 23- my mother went through the same thing when she had me she was 17 and he was 24, but this was back in the day before the law. I suggest sitting down and first figuring out if you actually are pregnant, then talk with the family, and if worse comes to worse put “unknown father” on the birth Cert and go back and change it later on down the road. (that depends on what state you live in) First things first, you need to find out if your pregnant or not. If you are hopefully your parents wouldnt do such a thing as to throw the babies daddy in jail for having sex with their under age daughter that she wanted just as much as he did. He isnt to blame no more than you are. You knew what you were doing when you layed down and gave yourself to him, just like at 23 years old he knew what he was doing when he had sex with a 17 yr old.

First off, you should find out if you’re really pregnant or not. Secondly, you should know much, much better then to be sleeping with someone that old. Of course he’s supportive, you’re giving him the p*ssy. It doesn’t take a genius to figure that.

He won’t be charged with rape unless someone presses charges on him (I.e YOU, or your parents.) If your parents are cool with this crusty behavior then shame on them, but it leaves him in the clear. Seriously though, you need to grow a brain and some self-respect.

You should just put the father as unknown on the birth certificate and change it when your an legal adult
