The healthiest diet out there is so easy… have you ever noticed the really skinny people eat a lot but still stay skinny? they have a high metabolism which means there body burns the calories faster… there are a few simple things you can do and ill set you up with a diet that will show progress in no time…

  1. go to the store and buy some small HEALTHY snack foods (raisins, fruit snacks, fruit)
  2. pack them with you to eat where ever you are.
  3. every 2 hours eat one of the items…(8am, 10am, 12noon, 2pm, ect.) (you can still eat lunch and dinner but make sure it is kind of small)

NOTE!

  • if you feel yourself being hungry all the time that means it is working =]
  • the object is to eat a little bit very often instead of a lot not so often.
  • do exercise regularly as usual. =]

u should probly weigh like 115 or 120 honestly. but find the best food for you that tastes the best and eat it a lot. I like salad and eggs. your only 13 so its probly just what people call “baby fat” itll go away after puberty or whatever.

I wont lie, you are overweight, but its ohkay, cause I have a lot of friends who are just the same. im kinda small, so I dont really know what to tell you, but my friend kayla is like that and she reads a bunch of books that help her and she lost a lot of weight.

your supposed to lose 10% of your body weight. so try to lose 25 lbs as soon as possible. And there is no quick way to lose that much weight, Just eat healthy (don’t eat when your not hungry) and run or walk around your street. (I’m the same way, your weight will b up and down all the time) ^^Good Luck^^

Yeah that’s really not healthy to be that weight. I’m 5’11 and weight 145. So I’d think you should probably want to weight about, 120 something @ five six. You could probably start taking some vitamin pills and stop eating so unhealthy, also start walking around your block a couple times a day.
