I think I have Restless Leg Syndrome?

I think I may have Restless Leg Syndrome. I can never get comfortable, and I can’t stop moving my legs. What should I do?

Answer #1

I had that for awhile but have not experienced it for a few years now. Don’t know why it started and don’t know why it’s gone…I hope you’ll be able to get it taken care of.

Minor RLS symtoms can sometimes be eased by taking a multivitamin and eating foods high is potassium. (like bananas) Low potassium can cause leg twitches, spasms, and pains. Also drink more water. If you are slightly dehydrated RLS symptoms can occur. The occasional gatorade or sugarfreee popcicle can also help. If the symptoms continue or get worse you should see a doctor. Good Luck

Answer #3

Well if it’s interfering with your sleeping then go see your doctor, he’ll more then likely prescribe you some Requip or Mirapex to help you sleep better
