Could I get my breasts reduced for free?

I am 5’4 Tall a little plump but my breasts are massive, my mum has a huge chest to and I think it’s in the jeans, I suffer bad sholder pain and my neck get very stiff, I have to buy bigger tops just so my big mammas can fit into it. My Husband thinks my Breasts are great, he cant keep his hands off them, when people look at me they talk to my breasts not my face. I was wondering if I can go on the N.H.S waiting list to get them reduced free of charge. any advise would be welcome.

Your health insurance may cover breast reduction if you can get a doctor to say that it is causing you neck and back pain and that your pain would be relieved by the breast reduction.
