I need help ... I dont noe if this is normal

I may have a stress problem , I been told its stressed by a teacher in college because thats when it occured first … and now it happens every time im really nervous or scared about sumthing … what happens is my stomach cramps up REALLY REALLY BAD to the point where I have to curl up into a ball to make it go away. my teacher said his uncle had the same problem , apparently you have a muscle in your stomach that acts like a second brain and stress can attack it … also he said if I dont find help for it can lead to other problems? I just want to noe if there is anyone out there whos had this problem and what you did to make better?

I have a similar problem. Whenever I sit in an exam hall I feel so nauseated I have to leave. My teacher tried to teach me some stress related exercises like breathing and stuff but it never worked. I do yoga a lot before exams now, which only helps a bit. I think you should learn some personal tips for you. Physical exercise helps with cramps, so perhaps going for a jog when you are stressed. Hope this helped:)
