SWEETiE THiS iS GREAT FOR YOU I AM THE SAME HEiGHT BUT I WEiGH ABOUT 135. BUT NO MATTER WHAT HEiGHT YOU ARE iT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOUR WEiGHT iS AS LONG AS YOU ARE CONFROTABLE iN iT. iT SUPRiSED ME BiG TiME WHEN I WANTED TO LOSE SOME WEiGHT BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THAT I LITERALLY LOST THE MOST WEiGHT WHEN I WAS JUST CONFORTABLE iN MY OWN WEiGHT AND WAS EXERCISING FOR THE FUN AND THE HECK OF iT. SURE I WANTED TO GET iN SHAPE A LiTTLE BUT I WAS MAiNLY DOiNG iT BECAUSE I WAS WiTH MY FRiENDS AND iT WAS FUN. AND AS FAR AS DiETS GO YOU CAN EAT WHAT EVER YOU WANT AS LONG AS YOU WATCH THE PORTIONS YOU EAT. GOOD LUCK!

Answer #2

I would say the healthiest weight would be 130 or less. Stay away from the junk food & soda pop. Eat more raw fruits & vegetables–raw if possible. Raw fills you up a lot faster and you eat less, thereby losing weight. Drink lots of raw juices, also good for you. Can go on a juice diet and lose lots of weight. Funmail me if you like, this is the way I lost all of my weight. Good luck.
