How to lose weight so I'm not fat anymore?
I’m 125 pounds and 5’11, please give me tips to lose more weight. I’d like to lose at least 15 pounds maybe ? I’m eating about 350-450 calories a day and..I try to find ways to exercise, but it’s hard since it’s so cold here. I play DDR and do Pushups, Situps, Lunges, etc. Any ab flattening exercises?
125lbs for a person who is 5’11 is actually considered under weight. you dont need to lose weight. You need to work on restoring a healthy perception of body image. 350-450 calories is ridiculously unhealthy and truthfully in the long run that would cause you to gain weight, because 350 calories is basically starvation, so the body learns that when it does start to resume normal eating habits to store it…in case it has to starve again..this is super super unhealthy ..and once your body starts storing food like that..it creates fat cells that never go away…they may shrink but never go away…so unless you want to starve yourself for the rest of your life..to look like mary kate and ashley olsen - which is completely unattractive and repolsive to most men, I would suggest eating a healthy diet - with fruits and veggies and whole grains..and minimal meat, carbs and fat. You need some fats to live..they surround body organs..its scientifically proven..Exercise daily..to stay fit…you should be taking in about 1800-2000 calories..
omg your not fat because my sister ways 140 pounds and she looks thin and your taller then her because shes 5”3 so I dont think you need to lose any weight cus your healthy
you’re not fat, you’re just crazy. you’re BMI is 17, meaning you are already very underweight. if you want to be 110 pounds, then your BMI would drop to 15, which is super underweight. eating 350 calories is not going to help you lose weight, it’s just torturing your body. you need to get some counseling.
you are not fat, and it will be impossible for you to loose 10 lbs, because once you start working out you will gain muscle which will make you gain atleast 10 probably more lbs. You would probably be a good runner though.

Normally I eat less than 550 calories, but lately I’ve been “binging”, and eating a bit more. It’s not even considered binging since it’s the normal amount I SHOULD be eating ..I just consider very little a lot.
I’m not trying to seek attention. I’ve just got some priorities I need to sort out.

Please never hate on Anorexics/bulimics..I once did, but it’s hard to understand. Now I’ve been put into the situation. And I feel horrible. Big. Obese.
I used to be heavy and I feel bigger then I wad than. I was about 190 pounds. Now I’m mentally sick and need help.

My dear, what you are doing to your body isn’t healthy at all. Living on such low caleries will make your body start rejecting food. I saw this happen to a girl I knew.
In school she was always over weight. She went on a diet like yours, but after she lost all the weight she wanted to, like 80 pounds, she began to eat larger amounts of food, you know; normal portions, but her body rejected it. Her body started rejecting all nourishment!
The doctors did every thing they could, but she died! So please get back to eating normal calories intake. See your doctor for a diet plan for your height and bone size. God bless you.
PS. You are not fat anyway, so you shouldn’t be seeking to lose anything.
your not fat.. you should actually prob put on weight.. and tone it. you should be eating 1800 calories a day.. to maintain a good figure and doing excersie and eating fruit and veg each day.
also if you lose any more weight, your hair will become lanky and dry, your nails will go yellow and weak and your skin dry,scaly and lost of complexion.
so your pretty healthy at the moment and probably look good, so no need for stressful diets:D x
Umm if you lose any more weight you’ll be unhealthy…My advice is to tone up if you think you’re fat. DO NOT LOSE ANYMORE WEIGHT but you can still lose fat if you decide to put on some more muscle. Also to build muscle you need protein so you have to eat more than you are now and if you don’t feel comfortable eating, then drink a protein shake. Toning up will make you look smaller though if that’s what you want. 1 pound of muscle burns 10 calories and hour compared to 1 pound of fat burning 2 calories an hour.
HONEY, YOU NEED FOOD!!! im sorry you are too skinny. I’m 5’4” and I weigh that much.
