How to get better fast?

I have this awful cold its a mixture of things sore throat, blocked nose, really bad headache, and just pains all over is there anything I can do to get better quicker? and I have been resting but it doesnt seem to help.

eat hot chicken spoup.

wear warms, take fever and cold medicines, do take steam to nose and throat and then just sleep wid blanket-quilt on etc etc

my brother makes this for me and im better in no time:

take like 3-4 halls cough drops and put them in some water and boil them. and then make some tea (dont matter what kind) and pore the stuff you boiled in the tea. and you should be better in no time (it tastes terrible but it works lol)
