I can hardly look s girl in the eye let alone ask her out the only reason I have a girlfriend is because she asked me out. I need help

you need to take time realise what you like about your self and waht you dont then learn to like yourself on the things you hate, from what I’ve seen girls that see a guy is self confident are hot

If you have a girlfriend why are you tripping out? Spend more time with her! Try football or a sprot, they are a great way to build charcter, self confidence, self-esteem, and keep you off the streets.
