I have a huge headache!!

okay…so there’s no asprin in the house and I feel like there’s pressure at the base of my skull…started about two hours ago and its driving me nuts!! any ideas for getting rid of a headache?

well first off. its a migraine. stay away from bright lights, 2nd make sure you drink a lot of water, but a towel or bag of ice on your head & try to go to sleeep =) you’ll be okay, promise.

I know exactly what you mean! I suffer from migraines . And I usually take a lot of asprin and stuff, but I also message my forehead, breath slowly, lie in a dark room thats quiet and try to relax. It helps a lot for me. And I get migraines which are a million times worse than headaches!

SCORE! I FOUND ASPRIN!!! LOL. was in the back of my medicine cabinet! thanks for the adivce all, I’m going to go lie down for a bit anyway with a cold towel. laters!
