I don't know I am now in high school and I feel like evrything about me has changed In 8th grade I had an eating disorder..Anorexia it got rele bad but I got better and started to eat very well. I'm starting to not eat again b.c I can tell I gained my weight back that I lost I used to weigh 96 and then gained my weight back and now weigh 102. also I am 5'3 but since I had anorexia did that change me into a different person or affect me in any way even though I eat ok now?
honestly, do you think that anorexia has totally gone from your head? I don't think so. You need to talk to someone. You still are, technically, anorexic. It might feel different from the first time, and you might now have the same urge to be 96lbs again. But you are not healed yet. Anyone could c that.
I know, not many people would want advice from me... I've had 4 account on funadivce already, all deleted. DO you want to know y? Because I was into the whole 'pro-ana' thing. I'm not saying I'm still gone from it. In my mind, I had grown an eating disorder. But it's people like you who keep me from going straight downhill. I hope you get better, I really do! x x x Luck!
you are your own person. eating disorders are horrible and bad for you. the reason we grow and produce food is because its required for you health. I am 5'3 and I am 95 pounds. I am a senior in high school. I eat constantly. the nutrients and vitamins are vital to everyday life. the reason for my weight is because I have an "over active" metabolism. I am an athlete as well.
EAT AND EXERCISE!!! at 102, 5'3, your very healthy
