I Badly need to lose weight
I really need to lose weight im 5 foot 10 285 pounds and 16 years old I am morbidly obese I have started to notice when I walk I start to sweat my belly is huge and flabby and I am getting so unfit I can barley jog then im out of breath I need tips on how to lose it I am going back to school in a month I have to lose it by then please leave tips on how to lose fat quick

How to LOSE weight?
First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

You need to start off slowly… take a step at a time. First start eating healthier, then add a little bit of exercise and everyday take another step. Yea… school is in 20 days! (@ least for me) You most likely can lose a few pounds in the mean while… but NOT a WHOLE lot!
The good news is…at an early age you have decided to do something about this.
Start by eathing healthy foods 90% of the time. If you can drop the junk food completely, that is great.
If you are drinking a lot of liquid calories, as in soda, juices, etc. cut them out. Water only.
Make sure you take some physcical action, as in exercise and get moving.
Most of all, keep a positive state of mind focused on your goals. Every single day that passes, you will have less fat and be more fit. You will reach your goals.
