Can I move out at 16 if I can't stand my mom?

Hey I am 16 and I can’t stand living here with my mom and step dad! It is crazy. My mom has kicked me out of the house more times then I can count. She has had me arrested for being a runaway after she kicked me out. I want to file for Emancipation but I am not sure how long it takes or what you have to do. I can get a apartment with my boyfriend. I also don’t know if I move out of state if I have to file in PA or in OH? PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!! Thank You

u have 2 prove tha ur mother is an unfit mother and that u are emontialy and mentally ready. also that u r self-sufficent and can support urself w/o them. u have to file were ur rents live bcuz technically they stil have cusotdy of u and r still responsible 4 u until ur emancipated.

OK that helps a little bit…now do i move out after the ruling or b4 to prove that i can handle my own?
