hungry or full?
ok so its like this.. I am hungry yet I am full… like 1 hour after I eat, I feel sooo hungry it hurts, yet my tummy still feels full. why is that??
well because of this.. I mostly eat dumplin. I only eat rice on sunday ( sometimes ) and I drink a lot of water.
my best friend is like that. she went to the doctors and they said it was because of the diet she was eating and that she wasnt consuming enough water. x
I have the same thing, I dont know, so someone answer ?
