Humans and apes

Where did humans come from did we come apes

Answer #1

“ARACHNID am I not entiled to my own opinion???”

You’re entitled to hold an opinion, certainly. Just don’t expect it people to lend it any credence - especially if your answer makes it pretty clear that you don’t even understand the theory you so deride.

Answer #2

“As for me this just the scientist opinion, but I did not come from no damn ape”

  1. You’re not a scientist
  2. No, you didn’t.
  3. Evolution says apes and humans have a common ancestor, not that humans evolved from apes.
  4. Your opinion is irrelevant to the accuracy or otherwise of evolution.
Answer #3

As for me this just the scientist opinion, but I did not come from no damn ape, christianity is my religion so I believe God created humans the same time he created apes…just my opinion

Answer #4

ARACHNID am I not entiled to my own opinion??? thanks for taking time to read my reply but your opinion is irrelevant!!!

Answer #5

Everyone has their own opinions…

Answer #6

Tseirpeht, your answer doesn’t seem to be valid.

A parent can give its offspring superior capabilities through mutations which allows the offspring to be able to do or perceive things that the parents couldn’t do.

Yes, mutations can be progressive. An example is the eyes. Eyes evolved from simply being able to perceive black and white to being able to perceive colors.

Also, computers have evolved to where they are not limited to information that we have to provide but can obtain information without our input.

Damajai, we didn’t evolve from apes but from a common ancestor millions of years ago. Apes are on one branch and humans on another, hence we are cousins.

  Friendship is continuous!

Those whom I meet, as Friends I greet, And as a Friend I treat them so; That when in need, or sadly grieved, I may help their Spirits grow.

So when I hear, upon my ear, The sounds of troubled Souls; I can do no less, then to do my best, To help them toward their goals.

And I know I’ll find, with the passage of time, That I’ve helped their Spirits grow some; And though appreciated, thanks aren’t awaited, For my friends are always welcome.

Answer #7

The problem with this model is that a parent can not give its offspring (superior) information that it does not itself have. Yes there can be mutations but these mutations are not progressive. For example we can create a computer but the information within that computer is limited to what we can provide it with.

Answer #8

if you believe in evolution we came from a common ancestor and that common ancestor was a single cell in the primal soup billions of years ago.

Answer #9

like girlyboy said, if you believe in evolution we came from a common ancestor and sometime in history we branched one way and apes branched off another way, if you believe in intelligent design (creationism) then God created man and ape completely seperately

Answer #10

Well that depends on your beliefs. but no we did not come from apes exactly. they are just a cousin. we branched off into different evolutionary paths millions of years ago we just have a common ancestor. but of course at the moment we are not too sure what that common ansestor is.

Hope this helps.

Answer #11

Yes, apes and us have a common ancestor. In fact, strictly speaking, humans are a species of great ape.
