How: Which should I do; spay or keep her the way she is?

I got a new puppy and Im so exicted. My vet told me about spaying my puppy. I have had three other dogs all of them weren’t spayed or nutered and 1 had puppies. But know I feel guilty. I really need help on this important decision which will impact both me and my dogs life.

Answer #1

Spaying is also the healthier option for her – eliminates the risk of ovarian cancer and lowers her chances of getting breast cancer!

Answer #2

If you want to breed her, then go ahead. You know about the responsibilities as you have done this before. But if you have no immediate plan of breeding her, then get her spayed.

Answer #3

Besides the worry of puppies unspayed females have heat cycles which are messy to deal with and can get ovarian and brest cancers

Answer #4

Please spay your puppy. It is the right decision. If you still have the other dogs, it is probably not too late to have them neutered. It is not just for puppies.

Answer #5

Uhm, well if you’re not planning on breeding her then you should probably get her spayed. Do you feel guilty because the other one had puppies? If so, then you should deffinitely spay this one.

Answer #6

I want to! Thank you. I do feel guilty about the other let children into the world when there are soo many homelessones out there that need helpp.

Answer #7
