How to tone/lose weight around midsection?

I weigh 160.lbs, and im 6’0. Everytime I bend over or sit down, I have like a roll of fat in my stomach.. just there. and I have big love handles. How do I get rid of my flabby fat stomach, and my love handles? What are some things I can do at the gym? And how lnog will it take for me if I eat healthy and go to the YMCA(gym) 4 days a week for an hour and a half?

same problem here but im 5”6 and 134 pounds , when I bend over I get one huge fat tyre rolling out. I used to exercise a lot but school has become too hetic to even give me a second of free time, im revising for exams right now actually lol, but I used to do 50 situps and 20 crunches andit helped a bit also water omg it is the key trust me 6 pints of water a day and your stomach will get firm I love it ><

Sit ups. Lots and lots. In the evenings, I do as many as I can in 1 minute, twice.

sit ups crunches eat healthy. I got the same problem. im 55 and weigh 140 with a big role makes me feel gross
