How to Prevent getting Carsick?

Oh I feel for you, I always get car sick, unless I’m driving (although the window has to be open) Try the anti nauseau pills everyone’s recommeneded. Oh and sprite sometimes helps (apparently)

Don’t read, and do try to always look ahead, in the direction the car is going.

If you have your driver;s license, offer to drive some of the way. I think it’s only as a passenger that you experience nausea, but not 100% sure.

Dramamine helps but it will make you sleepy. Even the non-drowsy kind knocks me out, but my stomach is fine. (I get carsick on windy roads).

Take a tablet that stops you from feeling sick

Look out of the window.

If you feel sick open a window and put your hand outside, the rush of air distracts your brain.

Saltines, a bottle of water … Don’t sit in the middle FRESH air !!! There is a hispanic OTC that helps its called “VIAJESAN” It may be hard to find though.

Dramamine can make you drowsy, if so they sell these motion sickness bands, they work for some people.

Reading is the worst for me, I guess everyone is different :)

try riding shotgun and even if you dont get to ride shotgun try not to read while your in the back
