Okay, so I've been smoking weed on a daily basis for the past several months. I quit 3 days ago, and have been staying hydrated and averaging an hour of cardio/fat burn exercises per day and plan on continuing to do so. I also jogged every other day for 4 miles or so while I was smoking. I'm 6'1'', 185 lbs. and fairly lean.
I have a drug test coming up within the next month, am I wasting my time?
I also don't trust detox products, but am planning on staying very hydrated and taking creatine monohydrate supplements, B vitamins, and vitamin C leading up to the test. And Furosemide (if I can get my hands on it)it's a prescription diuretic- This is the remedy a pharmacist posted on this website and it seems to be the most encouraging way so far. Please help if you can!
I know it can take 30-90 days for thc to normally leave your system, but am hoping exercise and a really low fat diet will speed up the process (Since thc is fat soluble).
Also, would a sauna or steam room be beneficial?
