How to lose weight fast???

How can I make a huge difference in my inner thighs fast with in one month before school starts??? please help!!! I really really really really need to know all the secrets or techniques

First of all, no matter how much of a tempting ‘quick fix’ solution it SEEMS. Do not go on a starvation diet. It makes you unhealthy extremely quickly and is likely to lead to an eating disorder such as anorexia which I have had for a year and am recovering from.

A good idea is to figure out what you consume in an average day (not on a diet but in day to day life) Make a list and see how many fatty, unhealthy or sugary foods/drinks e.g chocolate, fizzy drinks, chips you tend to consume. A good decision is to cut all or most of these unhealthy items out of your diet.

.If you drink tea or coffee avoid milk or use skim milk and avoid sugar or use calorie free sweeteners. .Either cut out fizzy drinks or if you cant survive without them switch to diet fizzy drinks. .Downsize your portions and eat only when you are hungry .Let the calories you consume come only from food as this makes it much easier to keep track of your calorie consumption- drink water and drinks that have fewer than 10 calories in each cup such as no added sugar squash and fizzy flavoured water. . Eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed (this was a big factor which helped when I first went on a diet) .Walk to or from work or school if you can-take the stairs instead of escalators and lifts .Housecleaning is very good excercise .Swimming, running and aerobics are extremely effective calorie-burners .Be sure to eat a healthy, balanced diet with protein, dairy, cabohydrate (not too much), starch and plenty of fruit and vegetables (low in calories in brilliant for health) The best thing to do is to excercise vigorously and eat well but control your calorie intake sensibly.

did you tried going to the gym yet and used the one steper it really works I lost a lot of inches around my hips also go on utube to check out how to lose your hips and thighs

p.s, go running, it made my legs strong and somewhat thinner

you cant lose fat in one spot, it loses it all over get some strength training and do some lunges and stuff!
