How to lose a lot of weight?

I am not fat, but not skinny and I really want to be, people tell me its because I am athletic and that I am not chubby, but then why do all the guys think I have a bad body? I have tried dieting, eating healthy, and running but it will just come back in a couple of weeks. all of my friends are really skinny and have boyfriends two of my friends are practicly anterexic and one is bulimic, and I just want to loose the weight too but without have a disorder. I have tried anything, but its way harder for me to loose weight, will you help me?

I have the same problem. I’m not really fat, but I’m not as skinny as I’d like. I’m chubby. Eat healthy all the time. Like every meal that you eat, make sure it’s healthy and watch the calories. And work out. That SHOULD keep the weight off.
