It’s…I-m-p-o-s-s-I-b-l-e. And weight does not equal fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so that could be a factor too.
WHAT ?! 100 ? you dont even look fat but hun , do not over do it thats the main thing. just run/jog, bike, workout, situps & eat healthy :)♥

yea…go see a doctor. it’s the best thing. also just drink lots and lots of water and eat healthy and excersize. power walk for at least 30 min every other day. you will start noticing a difference right away.
If you are actually 100 pounds over normal weight, you are what is termed morbidly obese…this means that you are in danger of dying from all the load that blubber places on your heart, etc. People who are morbidly obese should consult a physician, and follow a regimen specifically tailored for them. all grossly fat persons did not get that way the same way. For the grossly fat, crash diets can be as unhealthy as the obesity it’s self, thus..SEE A DOCTOR!!
