How to learn maths?

Hi guys I’ve just finished my level 1 ALAN test for maths in college and there trying to get me 2 pass the level 2. I struggle withs maths I can do the maths but as soon as I see the question my mind goes blank

Well, First I suggest you go and learn how to spell all over again. It is not maths, it is math and arithmetic. And secondly go and locate a Sylvan learning school/center in your area and attend tutoring. I believe it is $ 392 per 8 sessions.
