How to get to my ideal weight.

Ok I weigh 144 pounds and I would like to get to 120-125 hoe do I do that and stick to it its like I can’t say no to food whene I’m hungry some days I’m more hungry than other days but it’s like I have no will power.the part of my body that I really really hate is my calves I hate them there huge I can’t stand them I really want to lose weight in them really bad too.here are some things that might help in how I can lose weight.maybe.

1.I’m a girl 2.I have my period.which I can’t stand I stay really hungry around that time 3.I’m a teen

I sweety.. not eating food is not the answer I think a lot of people may have already told you this. this is only because it is up to your hormones to make you gain weight or not. why don’t you do sports. also when a girl gets her periods her stomach does increase in size since the girl’s womb is preparing it’self to have a kid it is good to eat fresh veges and fruits etc.. another way t avoid puting on wiehgt is to eat freshh foods like veges and fruit every time your hungry even if it doesn’t taste good. your body is forces to digest it all and none of it will be converted to fat. also excersie and if you want to take it to the next level do yoga it is excellent for the body and to provoke your body to carry out 100 % digestion I hope this works Tc do not try and starve yourself you’ll kill your brain. more than your body.

taz makes a good point, if you cant do portion control, the other option is eating healtheir foods, salads and fruits… so eat some salad, eat some fruit and then eat whatever you want (I can assure you that you wont be eating as much…)

a good way to lose some weight especially if somedays you dont have the willpower is keep yourself busy, do not let yourself get bored. when your busy and active your not thinking about food. another thing is set small goals, like 5lbs at a time. this will help encourage you when you see the first 5lbs go you will work towards the next 5lbs an so on and so forth. within a bit you will have reached your main goal.
